Sounds badass man!

The last pics I take it are from the other truck... what's the info on that truck with the PRC aftermarket heads?

That forged 408 is just begging for spray lol

Yes, the last pics are from the other truck! But I’m mounting the catch cans and coils the same on the 408.

That truck is just a RCSB, 4.8 - 220R 110 LSA TSP Cam w/ PRC Heads, 58cc combustion chambers, Longtubes and a 5 speed. The truck is by no means a race car...yet😂😂. It is being prepped for a T56 or TKO. The truck actually moves well for only being a 4.8 but only from 1-2 aha, the truck refuses to go into 3rd with rpm. It is a work in progress, but it wouldn’t be a project if it wasn’t!

Both trucks also have PRC heads, I have no idea why one set is engrave and the other set are not.

Yeah I see the freeze plug in the PRC engraved heads making them also factory GM castings. My PRC 225 heads are aftermarket castings without the freeze plugs.

Answer the question please... you gonna spray the 408 lol

😂😂😂, for Now the goal is to get the truck running a driving. But nothing is ruled out😂.

I definitely won’t be boosting the motor, yeah you can make way more power but I just love N/A motors.

Ahaha maybe one day, I still have a lot of tiding up to do as well as just general repairs.

I backed it out of the garage yesterday only to find out I could not stop. Some brake work is in order. The annoying trans cooler lines that I converted to AN lines wont stop leaking a the cooler which is aggravating.

I see you have a 408 as well, what is your truck running for oil pressure? I feel like mine is lower then it should be, idles between 30-35 at about 1500/2000 RPM it goes to 40 and steadily goes up which is good. I just feel the idle pressure is pretty low, probably me just over thinking it.

The 408 I just finished putting in my buddies denali idles around 35psi when warm with 10w-30 oil, during wot it nearly pegs the gauge and shows high 70s on HP tuners.
