My buddy use to work at the dodge dealership and if they were tryin to find a exhaust leak they would pull the vac line goin to the brake booster and let the engine suck in just a lil transmission fluid. Smokes like crazy. Easy to find the leak. But only do a little at a time.

Did you wrap the connections with tin foil before you put on the bandclamps? You did you bandclamps, right?

Yeah... Band clamps on all joints... I blew smoke on all the band joints and got nothing... It is like a tingy sound... And it goes away when it's all warmed up... Unless I'm at wot and I hear it very slightly...

Header tick can be annoying. Especially if you look for a leak for hours. Something that you have to deal with and get used to. The way I fixed my header tick was...... I went with a KBracing turbo kit lol. I no longer have header tick. It's nice driving around not hearing it all the time

its funny cause everyone thinks im crazy... they dont hear anything outside the truck at all that sounds out of the ordinary...

There's your problem. Your hearing things. So what you need to do is either get a louder muffler. Or add a cut out. Then you won't hear anything but your exhaust
