Default how to tell stock stall?

I was wondering how to tell the stock stall if possible. If I nail the throttle off the line my tack will shoot to 2300 rpm then start to climb. If I break stand it the truck will start to spin at 2500 rpm. I am curious because I am looking at a stall and how much it would help going to a 3000 stall?
