Default How to prep a motor before reinstalling?

I have my cammed 6.0 built and I'm ready to put it back in the truck. Is there anything I need to do or can do to kinda "flush" the motor out? Coolant and oil? I also was wondering how you can build up some oil pressure before ever starting the engine?

un plug the coils and fuel pump and turn the motor over. it will prime itsself. crank it for about 30 seconds.

It would also be a good idea to turn the motor upside down and pour some oil into the oil pump. Spin the crank by hand and it will suck some of the oil in, refill, repeat, etc etc. That should put some oil into the passages before you crank it over. I tried cranking my motor with no plugs in and I could never get it to read any oil pressure.
