your truck NEEDS these headers... This is going to be a completely different animal.

Yea I think those estimates are probably pretty good. Don't change the pulley immediately when you do the other mods, I'm curious what effect they will have on boost.

Thats a pretty damn high compression for boost, it must be snappy as hell down low.

I have so much power even at idle, even timing fluctuations that are used to keep the idle stable have enough power to make the truck bounce around. So I told my cam guy to kill some low-end and substitute it toward the upper rpms.

Also, with the new heads static compression ratio will drop to 10.6:1 and I am also dropping my dynamic compression ratio with the new cam so it should take 10psi without trouble!

You can say I have the guts to run such a high compression ratio and boost, all on straight 93 octane.

That isn't going to help, in fact it will probably make it worse. 'Killing low end' would result in a cam that doesn't idle well because you have less vacuum at idle. More air in the manifold is going to make idle move a lot. You need to decrease idle adaptive timing values, make the ramp rate slower.

How is that? I'm increasing intake duration and reducing advance ground into the cam BUT I'm also reducing overlap from 4 to possibly 2 or 0 degrees at .050, with that said it will idle much better than my current cam but reduce low end by means of delaying intake closing ABDC.

Also I did lots of changes to adaptive spark not sure if I should reduce it anymore I have a feeling that might not be a good idea but I'm always experimenting

why didnt you go with Fox exhaust shop in Dubai , I hear they make every thing of SS and with your FI 427 I think your motor will like 2" primes.

also, I had tاhe same problem with Lonnie's performance and Emails.
I contacted them for an 800HP fuel system for an 08 yukon denali and it has been 2 months and yet no replay!?

good luck
