My buddy's truck. 5.3 though you can make it up with a 125 shot.
1. Z06 cam and springs: $325
2. Yank 3000: $800
3. NX kit (used): $200
4. ASM longtubes: $725
5. Hypertech: $325
$2,375
Best time in the 1/8th is a 8.5 at 82mph, on POS street tires. This is a mid 13 truck. 385rwhp and 435rwtq on a 100 shot. No muffler just pipe and cats. Quieter than a flow and I don't no why. Idles like stock and requires no tuning but shift points. You would be hard pressed to find a N20 kit that cheap but, he is my buddy so I sold it cheap.
This would put you with a Lightning but, a modded one would kill you. The 380hp is not what you have to worry about, it is the 450tq you need to look at. I hope this helps.

It will idle just like stock. He uses stock rockers. If we had to do it again, we would have got a higher stall. The Yank 3000 is a 3000 stall. Stock air intake, flat K&N.
If you never heard a one chamber, I would listen to one before you buy. I hate the sound of a one camber.

My cam costs $400 and the comp springs costs $180. It added the same amount of power as the Z06. It has a little choppy idle but, not much.
