Default How high can you rev a basically stock 5.3?

I have LPP headers, if that matters. I have a BB tune and it's set to shift at 5800 RPM. Should I move it up any when I get a retune? What's the safest RPM I can push this motor? If I put a 100 shot on it should I change the shift points any? Thanks guys

5800 is more than enough for a stock cam.
