I have an idea...how about some locking 3/8 or 1/2" extensions, with some u-joints, joined together? Slide the extension into the y-pipe from the manifold flange side and have at it...keep on ramming and smashing (sounds like a bad ****, I know lol). Then use some compressed air and keep blowing out the chunks.

Too bad there's no such thing as a flexible pry-bar.

Ram a long extension down into it and get as much as you can out then I would put a wobble on the end of it to beat the rest out. Seem to work pretty well on the old set I had.

you can get a 48" flexible drill extention and a 2 1/2" bi-metal hole saw and have at it.

That stuff in the Cats is some nasty and Hard stuff. It took us about 2 hours to take my Y-pipe off and chop the front peice off and get to work with some 3/4" AllThread and 5lb hammer. Then weld them back up...
Dont know of a easy way to do that.

I started throwing a code for B2 S2. Low voltage or something like that. I guess the passanger side cat is bad for sure. I need to get the damn y-pipe loose.
