Is anyone running this setup in their truck?

I was looking at getting it after christmas, any comments or suggestions?

I think it's something like 218/228, .52x/.52x. IMO, too big for a TB converter, especially in a lifted ECSB with 35s.

I had the hotcam and a 3000 stall with a 4.8L. I shifted it at 6400 and it pulled hard the whole way there. However, it was a bitch to tune in my 4.8 and it lopes pretty hard. I doubt it'll be as hard to tune in a 5.3, but if you're mail order, plan on a few iterations to get it right. It's a descent bang for the buck cam kit if you're on a tight budget. I would go with a TB stall though, the cam definatly needs something bigger IMO.

What othe cams would you guys recommend? I have a tight budget so i dont really have the money to get an aftermarket stall!

I use a tci stall, fairly cheap and works good.

I would recommend 3000 at the minimum... 3200-3500 would be good.
