Default Homemade Intake pipe size ?s

What is the size of the pipe need before and after the MAF? I am considering making a new CAI and I need to know the pipe sizes I need to order. I think they are 4in (before MAF) and 3.5in (After MAF). Thanks..

I know people have built 3.5" and 4" systems all the way through, so either will work. Mine is 3.5" all the way through FWIW.

Yep I am going to weld it. I was planning on reusing the stock rubber bushings/clamps and using a short 4in radius, 4in steel 90* elbow. There is about 5.5 inches betweent he TB and fan shroud. I am trying to make a UPD type lid out of fiberglass and parts of the stock airbox. I have allready smothed and fiberglassed the bottom side of the airbox and cut a HUGE whole in the back side of it.

I just need to know the OD of the TB and OD of each side of the MAF.
