GreenTahoe is correct! It's a 5x10" (about) A/C duct with a 4" round connection on the back, I had to trim it at about a 45* angle then just painted it black.

good idea but since the duct is ribbed it wouldn't be the best thing for air flow

Actually, that pic was of my last version, I used to have the 4" flex duct connected to the scoop but it also got wrinkled on the inside turn. The best thing would be a smooth 4" elbow and then connect the 4" duct to it then up to the airbox hole.

Did it on our Denali a month or two ago. Cut out the front side, and about 1/3 of the bottom. Revs a little easier, and sounds louder.

i took a drill and a drill bit drilled about 30 hole's in my air box it made it sound mean
