Exclamation High or Low resistance injectors

I am not that great with electrical things so this is out of my knowledge range. I am looking for some injectors for my marine intake and I have noticed that there are two different types of injectors HIGH and LOW resistance or impedence. What is the difference and which one do I need to go with.

Our PCM's are designed for high-impedance injectors....with an aftermarket injector driver you can run the low-impedance ones (BIG-flow injectors are typically low-impedance)
