Refering to flex a lites installed on a 2003 silverado SS, which came stock with the belt driver fan.

Well first off the fans don't come on when they are supposed to. I bought the wiring harness for the eFans from Nelson Performance. I put it in just as the directions said, tuned it to turn the fans on with HPTuners but nothing. They do come on when the AC turns on though, so it makes me think its not getting a good connection to the PCM?

Second problem, there are 3 relays with the harness. Each and every one of the clicks constantly when the fan is on, then stops when its off. Is this normal? Is it wired wrong? Are the relays bad?
