I would look for a vacuum leak in the intake system, if you have made sure the IAC is clean and funtional.

I guess i'll take the IAC out and clean it. Theres no vacume leak. It idles a nice steady 7-9in vacume.

Try giving it some mre air in the tuning. Increase the idle air values a little and see if that helps. Also decrease the VE table a little from 400-1200 and see if that helps.

What are the specs on ur cam again?

Actually, modifying the idle air tables will throw off the calibration a bit.... that number is the amount of air the computer expects to 'see' pass through the throttle body (and/or IAC) at various idles.... The HPT guys say that you should only modify the idle speeds if you want more air at idle.

Do the 2000 trucks have a throttle follower? Sounds like those values need to be bumped up a bit... (going down with the numbers)

How about the throttle cracker? Mine disabled at the factory. Same things though.

I am with marc... sounds like you need to tweek the throttle follower table a little. And, yes, 2000 has that table, mine does anyway.
