i like the 216-220 cam. it idles with a noticable lope. will not die either. will keep some low end as well. i ran that cam for a while and loved it. that was in an 02 silvy with a 5.3

I'm gonna go with a TR224 when I do my 6.0 (224/224 .563/.563 112)...Comp makes a grind with similar #'s: 222/224 .566/.568 112. Should lope pretty hard and provide good mid range to top end. I plan on using a 3k stall when the time comes.

a 224 --224-224-581-581-112+4 was what i ended up with. that thing would not keep an idle for ****. if it was hot or cold. it would die everyonce in a while. the power band was up from 2500 to 2800 and up. i guess it depends. do you want to put in a stall later. then do a 224. if not then i say do the 216-220

Nelson perf has specs for a cam that was tested at nickens racing to pull 441 hp on the dyno in the 6.0. might contact Allen.

Yeah, Allen was telling me about that. It was on a stock LQ9 6.0 and the cam was a 224/228, don't know about the rest of the specs on the cam though.

If I had a 6.0, I'd put a T-rex in it. If 346ci get away with it daily driving, a 364ci would no problem. But that's just me.

I Have The 216/220 And With The Tune For The 5.3 First Time Out 2 R 3 Weeks Ago Ran 12.46 At 108.

I Would Either Go With 216/220 R 212/218 With 558 Lift JMO
