Can't you call and cancel the extended warrenty? I know I did that before when I sold a vehicle and got a little cash back because the dealership over the payoff. If you cancel it then your over all payoff should go down?????

Hah, put a Ford motor in a Chevy. that is like the cardinal sin. you just don't do that. But on another note, will the 03-06 truck intake fit on a LT1? I have found one for $600, and was wondering if it will work.

I don't think there was ever an option to get a 5.3L with a manual. That option has only been available with a 4.8L. That is why the Regency trucks generally have a 4.8L in them.
