Yeah guys thanks for the help the 6.0L is on and Running!!! one question - Why is it when we stop at a light or at a complete stop the Oil Pressure Gauge drops to one dash to the left of 40? shouldnt it be at 40 exact? Help us out here is there something wrong?

You should be fine, I drive alot of these trucks, all different year models in the shop,99-2005 models, some are at 40psi, some one bar over,some one bar under. As long as it keeps reading the same and isnt doing anyting wierd like fluctuating i would not worry about it.

Im not sure about that BUT what year did the EGR was blocked off?... 02?

I Have A 6..0 But It Also Is The Lq4 I Am Putting 5.3 Heads On It That Have Been Shaved .30th And I Was Told My Compression Was Around 10.8.1 The Only Reason Y I Am Using These Is They Have Been Ported Alittle By Pete @ Cnc
