Hey all you Truck Power fanatics, here is a great combination we just installed at my shop the other day. I figured a power combo for a customer and his 2003 Silverado 2WD 5.3, using OEM parts! I selected a new camshaft from the 6.0 LS2 (2005 SSR), along with the 6.0 LS2 Throttle Body, and backed it with the New Torque Converter from the TrailBlazer w/ the 4.2 L6 engine. The package requires no modification to any existing parts. You still use your stock rocker arms and all your upper gaskets. The Camshaft from the LS2 add a good amount of power over the entire powerband! And the LS2 Throttle Body is a 98mm body, which allows alot of extra air flow ( deeper breathing) and this combination is not that expensive!
Below is A list of Part Numbers along with Prices. You can get these at any local GM Parts Dept.!
LS2 Throttle Body PN#12580760 $300.00
LS2 Camshaft PN#12574519 $347.00
TrailBlazer Torque Converter PN#12491321 $354.00 (stall speed @2600rpm)
Hope you guys like this write up, and I hope some of you give this combo a shot! Let me know what you think! Thanx.

This is what I found: 12574519 - 204/211, .520/.520, 116
If that's the case, my cam is better.
However, with that lift, you could probably get away with stock springs on the LS2 cam.
Not to mention, the $246.23 total price from GMPD is nice.

I'll have to contact GM Partech to get you the cam duration/lift and etc.
It is a direct replacement for the stocker, with no need for re-tuning the ECM
You don't have to replace the rockers either, the LS2 uses the same as the 5.3.
Here in "Hicktown" we don't have a dyno, have to go to Bristol, TN. or Johnson City, TN.

The price makes this cam very attractive too!
