I received my Patriot Performance Stage II 5.3 Heads last night. They are awesome! The difference is amazing. Thanks Gunnar! Patriot Performance has awesome customer service and great products. I'd recommend them to anybody who is looking for quality heads at a great price.

Tim you need some ported 6.0l heads (317's). That will bring the compression down some for when you upgrade the turbo. Just don't tell the lady that I am being a bad influince though lol.

 

Turbo?? Damn man I didnt think you were throwing a turbo on there as well!!! Those 5.3 heads are going to be rough on a 383 with a turbo. What CR will those put you at?

 

my truck has the turbo, not the 383.
