Well, i changed the spark plugs... Damn, I had bosch plugs with the two side electrodes. Well, on one of the spark plugs.. one of those two were TOUCHING the bottom electrode.. AHH. LOL. Damn, the truck runs 100x better! I can't WAIT to get this thing tuned now!

I guess you guys didn't understand when i said I had no lowend power. At a stop, when I punched it, it didn't go anywhere... it would put put put..put.. vroom.. put.. then take off. But with LOW power... it was slow!

The only way the plug could collapse on itself is if it was bent before install or if part of the piston ring lang chipped loose and bounced around in there before it got shot out the exhaust port. I hope it was the former and not the latter.

Well, when i put the cam in.. they somehow got scattered.. some were even on the ground. So Im thinking it may have bent then. If it were a piston ring, wouldn't the other side have bent too?

Most likely. You probably would have heard it tapping around in the cylinder anyway. Like mine You probably just had a bent plug.

Yeah, it didn't sound like that. And it was like that ever since I put them back in. So im guessing that one just bent.

It runs really good right now though

HOPEFULLY i'll get it next weekend. That's the plan. But seeing as how I should get injectors first... it may get put off another weekend.

so you had a dead cylinder, too...maybe the other plugs were not firing very well...I've heard the Bosch's don't run well in these engines anyhow

Yeah, it was VERY sluggish from a stop. And I was really unimpressed with the performance.

Now, it's totally different.
