9.4:1 I think.

I don't know much about the spray, but I think you should get rid of the Whipple injectors and replace the ones in the manifold with the bigger marine injectors. That would be a lot safer than using the Whipple add on injectors.

If you stay conservative with the cam, you won't have to get it tuned, but with that much stuff on there it would be better to do so anyways.

i wouldn't try this project without planing on ditching the whipple injectors and lots of tuning. tuning will be the hardest part of the project and the most important.
