I like YT channel called "That Engine Guy" from Smeding Performance in San Antonio, Texas. He does some crazy high performance stuff, but still learn from basic principles about machining, balancing and other cool stuff.

There's a few other good chanels. I avoid watching stuff that has drama and crazy loud music.
