Default GEN IV intake?????

I found an amazing deal for a LY6 / L92 Intake, 90mm TB, fuel rails, etc... for like $200... its brand new but it fits the rectangular ports can i use it on a Gen III motor with patriot heads???

I'm pretty sure it'll bolt up fine, it's just that you'll have a restriction in airflow with the larger opening of the intake and the narrower intake port. I'm not sure what effect this would have. Other than that though, it'll bolt on and run just fine. Performance though, I wouldn't be able to tell you how that works. Years ago guys would run rectangular port intake manifolds on big block chevys all the time that had oval ports.

No it will not fit the Gen III cathedral port heads!

L92 intake will fit L92 heads or ls3 heads.
