I wouldn't worry too much how top speed is effected. Your top speed is higher than your 96 mph speed governor will allow you to achieve. Even with HPP3 set at H-rated (128mph) your top speed poential will be way above this. Your max potential speed is not attainable without more power and is complicated by aerodynamics.

with 30 inch tires
3.73 gears..6000 rpm..4.10 gears
..47 mph....1st gear....43 mph
..88 mph....2nd gear....80 mph
.144 mph....3rd gear...131 mph
.205 mph....4th gear...187 mph

with 28 inch tires
3.73 gears..6000 rpm..4.10 gears
..44 mph....1st gear....40 mph
..82 mph....2nd gear....75 mph
.134 mph....3rd gear...122 mph
.192 mph....4th gear...174 mph

with 26 inch tires
3.73 gears..6000 rpm..4.10 gears
..41 mph....1st gear....37 mph
..76 mph....2nd gear....70 mph
.125 mph....3rd gear...113 mph
.178 mph....4th gear...162 mph

There are quite a few calculators out there...I used this one for those numbers:

700R4/4L60E

1st gear = 3.06
2nd gear = 1.63
3rd gear = 1.00
4th gear = 0.70
