Hey 67SS-Can you post that bearing number? I am quite interested in storing that in my files 'cause I have attempted 2 of these swaps and had to abort both times because I couldn't find the proper bearings. Thanks.

Finally remembered to bring the part no's home. To install a G80 from a 1998 & up truck with the 8.6 rear into a 1997 or down you will need the following bearings. Note...because the bearings are a smaller diameter they also are not as wide and your shimming will have to be thicker accordingly.

bearing=LM-102949 race=LM102910

To use the Eaton posi #19559-010 in a 1998 & up truck with 8.6 rear you need the following bearings. Existing shims usely will work.

bearing=LM-603049 race=LM-603012

Hope this helps.......
