It's an intank and pretty much plug and play. You may have to splice in the wires.

I put a Walbro GSS342 I think it was ( it was for the return-less fuel system, but they said it would work fine for my 01). WAY cheaper then what he just paid. I think around $140-50 for everything and its a 255 lph pump. I got it from Livernoris Motorsports. I did find it cheaper from another place online, but I already had this one. Had to splice a couple of wires, and replace the hose from the pump to the top of the tank, but it wasn't too bad of a deal. It doesn't seal to the bottom of the tank as well as the stock pump, but I have ran it down till the fuel light comes on and then some, and it has never stuttered or ran lean.

Oh and I used my chery picker and some straps to pull my bed for the install. Did the whole think by my self in under an hour.

I'd get a Walbro pump and install parts from here, MUCH cheaper and pumps more fuel.

The only problem I had when getting a fuel pump was finding out what kind of pump I had in my truck, either a TCF or a TCU. I just guessed and when we pulled the bad one out it said TCF on the top of it. Hope you get that Denali all fixed up!

I got the STS supplied pump (I think it is the GSS5342), I cant run mine under a 1/4 with out it leaning out. I have also droped the tank and pulled the bed on this same truck. I will NEVER drop another tank again, pulling the bed is WAY too easy IMHO
Here is a LINK (for some unknown reason) lol
