ok, i'll start with the valvetrain. i plan on using comp 918 springs, and i already have a set of 7.4" hardened pushrods. what other changes will be needed or beneficial. like lifters, roller rockers etc?.?.? second, is there any benefit to the double timing chain? i'm gonna go with diamond flat top pistons from SMC performance with retainers rings and pins, probably stock rods with arp bolts,would there be any need for head studs or are good stock bolts fine? and finally stage 2 6.0 heads from TEA--->
i figured on some SVO 30# injectors, maybe bigger if you have any input to warrant a bigger injector. and probably an inline fuel pump.
i'll probably stay with a truck intake manifold since there isn't much difference between it and the car one as far as flow from what i've heard. Are there any other airflow changes i will need to make with the big motor? (i.e....maf, tb, etc?)
anything else i'm leaving out here? tranny/rearend, but i'll deal with that when i need to. will there be any computer problems with the 6.0 swap? i plan to get EDIT but if i don't right off the bat will there be any big problems?
thanks guys, i have the ball rolling...just locating all the parts i can afford for the time being and laying out a plan for the build. hope it ends up being as much fun doing it as it is planning it out.
