Default 1999 Z71 Tahoe, many questions

I've got a 1999 Z71 Tahoe. I used to have a 91 Jeep Cherokee with a 6" Lift. I had just put tires on it before i decided to sell it. They're 33X12.50 BFGoodrich Mud Terrains mounted on 15" Wheels. My first question is, Will 15 Inch wheels fit on my Tahoe? Note that it is the older body style tahoe, similar to the 1997 and 98 model Z71 pickups. If so I'd like to swap the BFG's over to the Tahoe. My next question, is the Skyjacker 2.5" Suspension lift a wise choice as far as ride quality? I got burnt out on the Jeep because it rode like a tank with the 6" Lift and i dont want to ruin the ride quality of the Tahoe with a suspenion lift. I'm thinking this one shouldnt ride too rough considering it doesnt include changing too many things on the suspension. My last question is, what is the bolt pattern for the lugs on my Tahoe? Thanks in advance...

Got burn't out on the ride quality? The bouncy, uncontrollable highway ride is 1/2 the fun!

I can't help you on most of these, but I have rode in a skyjacker lifted full size truck before and I does ride a hella lot better than a lifted jeep. There are some folks on this site that have suspension lifts and maybe they can chime in here. Good Luck!

I have a 99 Tahoe Sport and the 33's will NOT fit unless you do a body or suspension lift. That 2.5 isn't high enough either, i have a 3" body lift on mine and i had to trim the front fender a tad, just in front of the door hinge, to clear the tires. They were also 33.12.5 on 15's.
In my opinion, they are too big and look cheezy stiking out the fender like that, and pot holes will take control of that steering wheel. Go with some of these, LT285/75R16 . I have these now and they are awesome, they are the Nitto Tera Grapplers. They are quiet and don't stik out the side like a hill billy.

Bottom line, those tire you want are too big.

The nitto's are 32.8 inches high, give me a shout if you want picks of my hoe, with the tires on, btw, the rims are 16.8
