F-body LS1 fans ('98-'02) are the only stock units that will bolt on directly to your truck. I also think LT1 fans ('93-'97) will work too. Your truck should have a 28" radiator. After the warranty expires on my truck, I plan on installing LS1 fans with a Nelson harness.

It kind of depends on how much you want to spend. I just put a set of ls1 fans and a white1 harness on my truck. I bought both the fans and the harness off of the classifieds on this site. Total cost including installing them was about $175. They work great, I have no complaints. I didnt go with aftermarket fans or 05 efans just because I wasnt about to spend $500+ on some electic fans.

i'm not on the flexalite boat

i have ls1 fans - they work good

i also have a fan of an older ford tarus 3.0 it's 2 speed and DAMN does that sucker move some air

i dunno about the dimensions but it would be sweet if you could fit 2 of those on something, you'd definately never have an overheating problem

my buddy is running a lincon towncar fan dont know what year make and model but it's one LARGE single fan 2 speed uses the same motor as the 3.0 tarus jsut alot larger shroud and fan blade

something to look into
