Default A/F gauge...where to hookup?

I installed an A/F gauge...and i used the purple wire from the o2 sensor. Well, that caused my engine to run lean for some reason...so I was wondering, what wire do you guys tap into for your Air/Fuel gauges?

those things Are Crap unless your looking for a light show
It really screwed things up for me made me run lean something good
return it and maybe get a Fuel presure guage or somthing else
Another one of those mods that seemed like a good idea when i bought it
btw i tapped the purple wire before the cat

i am with Jim on this one, use that hole for a usefull gauge, fuel presure is always a good one, unless you want to spend the big bucks on a wideband set up, now that is a seriously usefull gauge.

Sounds like you got the wrong wire, or you have a short to ground, or even a bad guage. They are absolutely worthless though. They are good for getting a race going at night. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />
