Exhaust is too loud what should i change?
#1
So i just put a new motor in my 1997 chevy scsb i went from a stock 305 with jba shorty headers with into 2 1/2' dual inlet single 3' outlet magna flow 14' muffler then dumped after the rear axle with the 305 it was quiet but had a good tone. also no cats
Now i have a new 355 with comp nitrous hp 224/236 .502/.520 cam, lifters, valve springs, and machined heads. also probe 9:1 dished pistons running a marine intake and fuel injection. A intercooled whipple supercharger will be added as soon as i get the motor broke in and the tune right.
with the same exhaust its way to loud. should i put a set of cats on it or a longer magna flow muffler i love how it sound its just too loud.
What you guys think i should do?
