Look in the IAC passage. Pull the IAC valve out and check to see if its gummed up.
I don't know why I pulled the map sensor. I had meant to pull the IAC valve lmfao I will do that tonight kill me irl please.

Does anyone know fuel pressure spec? There isn't a single place I can find that actually tells me what it really needs to be. I have someone telling me it needs to be like 55+ at idle and I have never seen a truck idle at that much pressure. Yet nobody seems to know for sure.

I believe 48-52PSI was the spec at idle. When you pull the Vac line off the regulator it should rise about 8 PSI. I want to say the spec was 8-10 PSI but its been along time since I looked in the GM Manual.

I had to try and find something on line and in a 2002 manual I found this for Key On Engine Off.

NOTE: DO NOT perform this test if ECT is above 201°F (94°C).

3. Observe ECT parameter with scan tool. Does scan tool indicate ECT parameter is less than
201°F (94°C)? If yes, go to next step. If no, allow engine to cool before proceeding.

NOTE: Verify there is adequate fuel in fuel tank before proceeding
with this step. Fuel pump may need to be commanded ON a few
times, in order to obtain highest possible fuel pressure
reading. DO NOT allow engine to start.

4. Turn OFF the ignition. Turn OFF all accessories. Install fuel pressure gauge. Turn ON the
ignition, with the engine OFF. Command fuel pump ON with scan tool. Observe fuel
pressure gauge, with fuel pump commanded ON. On VIN T, U and V (gasoline) engines,
fuel pressure should be 55-62 psi (379-427 kPa).
On VIN Z (flex-fuel) engines, fuel
pressure should be 48-54 psi (335-375 kPa). Is fuel pressure as specified? If yes, go to next
step. If no, go to FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE TEST (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L & 8.1L) under
BASIC FUEL SYSTEM CHECKS (GASOLINE) in BASIC DIAGNOSTIC
PROCEDURES - TRUCKS - EXCEPT TRACKER article.

IAC sensor. Looks a little dirty and gummed up to me. Throttle body cleaner and wipe out the port for it?
