Default Electric fans

Ok guys, since asp pullies are on backorder and the Edge performance high stall is not out for my truck yet I am going to purchase an electric fan kit. Which one ? I have read in these posts that some of you are useing a set from the LS1 camaros, what year and what will I need from the camaro? Those permacool fans are damn expensive!!!!! <img src="https://ls1tech.com/threads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />

I got some LT1 Camaro fans off of E-bay, seems like they are always some for sale, LS1 fans are good too. I got a wiring relay kit from Kragans auto for about $35, the fans were about $100 shipped to my door. The install was pretty straight forward, do a search under "electric or LT1 fans", there are several old threads with really good instructions and part numbers.

I have LS1 fans on my truck. Got them for $100 shipped from ebay too. I used a Hayden wiring kit but Flex-A-Lite has a bad *** new relay kit out. It turns the fans on at 60% power and increases as temps go up. JamesB on FSC.com just installed them. Ask him about them.

You will get some cheap power from the money spend and it will cost you about $150 total and take about 2-4 hrs depending on how handy you are with the wiring.

Thanks hitman, I am about to win an auction on ebay for them! I favor the LT1 fans.
I am going to buy the wiring kit from kragen , they have them for 36.00. Part#226204. I think it is the Imperial kit?

I have the Flex-a-lite 295 model and they are awesome!! They look stock as hell! I love them. They have their badass thermostat relay with the 60% and 100% variable speed also. The only thing bad is the hole setup is around $350 or so. Well worth it to someone **** like me!

How hard is the install on the Ls1 or Lt1 fans? How much fabben will it take or will it bolt right up? And what and where do you have to wire it too? Id like to have master switch that I could trun off and then trun on and let the fans run like norm 60% or so. How would I go about doing that?
