Default Electric Fans

Are they worth it? And if so is any brand better than the other?

Depends on what you plan on doin...

Thunder had problems with his overheating.. not sure if it was Efan related.
But ive had Stock LT1 Efans out of a Camaro on my truck for about a year now...

No problems...

I put a pair of electric fans on my truck a couple of days ago and i like them very much. i did not notice too much performance increase except right at the line or real low rpms, but my fuel mileage is def. up. i sprung for the Flex-a-lite 5600CFM untis. pretty pricey, but i got them at cost so it beats trying to find and retrofit sumthin else.

E fans are a great power Free-er-upper...

Regardless of how you go about it they are great

I hav ethe dual FAL setup and its top notch. However, make sure to use a DLH or Nelson harness instead of the shitty control box that burns out and leaves you in a traffic jam with your hood up on your super hot white seirra....errrrrr

LS1 fans and a harness from DLH2006 would be the way to go. alot cheaper

just have to have your PCM tuned to the fans to come on
