Default egr plug

Will an egr block off plate from a ls1 ws6 fit my 5.3? His mounts on the top of the intake.

Just get the gm one or use a freeze plug. It's much cheaper.

Or use something like that.

The part number for the plug from GM should be 12558346.

Not sure if theres a kit but you need two block off plates. one for the intake and one for the exhaust. ebay sells both. Also you need to turn off the codes releated to the egr or else the check engine light will come on.

Yeah I already have that one but the end is so thin I can't get a good seal with a temp sensor under boost so I want to try something different

Or use something like that.
I tried that before I used an expandable freeze plug and it was a hair too small. I was worried that it would leak under boost.

i used a 1 3/8-1 1/2 rubber freeze plug, 1 1/4-1 3/8 plug is too small. Making a little aluminum plate for the exhaust is easy but my tuner gave me one.

I want a temp sensor in this spot, so it needs to be tapped
