Check to make sure your fans are wired up correctly. we put some efans on my buddies mustang and they were wired backwards causing it to push air and not full it through the radiator

I wouldn't be too concerned. Just make sure you maintain the cooling system regularly. Our trucks have a good engine temperature monitoring system. The computer will put your truck in "reduced engine power" mode if the temperature gets too hot. My truck runs around 205 and it will creep up to 220-223 in traffic, according to my AutoTap software. I also live in Tucson, AZ where it is 100*+ everyday now.
