Got a shitty video of a 10-85 mph pull. Remember that this is a big fat heavy pig of a truck. Lol. It was slightly uphill too. I'll try to get a 0-100 mph pull one of these days.

What size was the original cam again?

How do you like how this cam feels over the last one?

It pulls good for a tank. Looks like it must be a 4L80 truck, swap a 6 speed in it and it'll get up and go. My cousin has a 2500 6.0 6L truck and it was tune only, it would run door to door with my 2004 1500 5.3 that was tuned. I was really surprised then I realized that 6 speed was helping out a lot. Now I own one and the difference is big.

I would think a good 6.0 and a positive displacement supercharger would be better for this truck. And twin turbos are way overkill for 400hp.......

I agree, but I assumed it was a 6.0 since it's a 2500. I've seen small motors in the vans being a 2500 but not the trucks.

He is talking about putting a twin turbo 4.8 in it to get fuel economy AND tow with it. I just don't think it will work out that way.
