I have the double fans on my Flex-A-Lite fans, I did pay way too much money, about 430. I did not know better untill I found this site. Thanks to eveyone with awsome know how's.

Yes thay are worth it!

I say it def is worth it, also makes the front of the engine, easier to get to, cleans the inside of the engine bay up. So for a few hp, a better app, it is well worth the 150-185$ to do imo..

I'm happy with my ls1 fans. I would not, however, set them to run at 140 degrees. If you do they will never shut off. Even with a 160 degree stat the fans would probably run constantly. IMO that is too cold for these engines to run efficiently.

I paid $70 for my harness from Derek@edo and $45 for my set of efans. I have them set to turn on at 200* and turn off at 205*. No overheating problems in Austin,TX where it gets over 100* just about every day of the summer.
