I have a comp 220/200 @114+4 and I run a 9.5" performabuilt converter that is supposed to be 2800, but it is more like 3200... IMO mine is perfect...

First of all, what do you drive????

As a general rule, most run a 3000/3200 stall with a 220 duration cam; but a heavier truck with a smaller engine will require more.

Yank SS3200 would do nicely then; and is tight enough to haul IMO.
