Corsa exhaust is designed to be used with particular engine/vehicle setups. They're more expensive because they have built in resonators.

If you really want to get rid of drone, you have to do a little math. Simply welding on muffler after muffler isn't going to get rid of it. When I had drone with my old magnaflow, I made a 1/4 wave resonator and welded it on. You have to target the drone range, or whichever range of cruising that you want to be most quiet and figure out the resonator length from there. Simply put, nasty frequency resonation in the exhaust will travel down the 1/4 wave resonator and arrive back at the exhaust 1/2 wave out of phase with the original drone, cancelling out the drone.

Are you a scientist or something? How the hell you figure that out? I have a 22" S/I S/O turned down and no drone. i also have 1 3/4" LTs and no cats. I like it. You can barely hear it at cruising speeds.

Just some basic sound wave mechanics I spent enough time on the highway that it pissed me off, so I fixed it.

It seems to me like it's in the 1500-1800 range. Say like if I'm at a light and get on it with some oomph(not flooring it) it skips over the drone and sounds good but as soon as it shifts into next gear I'm around 1400rpm so if I just lightly step on the gas to accelerate abit I'm in the "drone zone" until I get up to around 2000rpm.

Here's a good read on 1/4 wave, or side branch, resonators. Scroll down to page 41. http://www.enoisecontrol.com/related...rrier_wall.pdf
I did this on mine after installing a cat back Magnaflow and having a bad drone at 1600-1700 rpm. Ended up with a 30" long pipe teed into the tailpipe above the axle.

Get a 2500 rpm stall and you'll never use that RPM range again! It'll just skip right over it!!!
