I've looked around on the web for this but cannot find it.

Is there a factory application that combines a 4L80E trans and a NP241 transfer case?
I just want to know if I can go to GM and buy the adaptor.

yup.....most all A4 '95-98 K2500's had that setup....in fact maybe ALL of them had that
