Default does your underdrive pulley do this?

I put my LT1 fans in today and while i was watching the engine run i noticed the crank pulley was wobbleing quite a bit. so much that the AC tensioner was moving back and forth a lot. it seems likes it out of balance or warped. this is the first time i've looked at it while the engine was running. i've had it on about a month or so. i don't think this is normal. I was considering putting the stock one back on because my engine runs much hotter with it and my alternator is only putting out about 12.5 volts at idle with the fans on now. the fans didn't lower the engine temps like i hoped they would. it did feel like it made a difference being on there but i have no 1/4 mile times to prove it since the track is closed for the winter. i think i should put the stock balancer back on. let me know what you guys think so i can put the stock one back on ASAP.

You might want to check if it is tightened properly, my brother had his on for about 2 months and all of a seden it started to rip the belt's in half we had no idea why it was doing this untill we noticed that there was some gap in between the pulley and the motor. The pulley was almost coming off, and it did wouble a little.

that isn't right. you need to make sure that it is on tightly like was stated above. mine spins and there is no wobble.

You cannot re-use the torque to yeild bolts. You probrobally don't have the pulley "seated" correctly onto the crank. Fix it before if tears something up.

How tight did you torque that bolt? Its supposed to be torqued to like 240ft-lbs! You need to hold the crank when you do that, via the flexplate, otherwise there's no way in hell you'll ever get it tight enough.

As for your cooling issues, do you have a low-temp t-stat? If not, you should look into one.

i zaped it on with my ingasol rand 2131 gun. if anything its too tight. i don't see how the thrust bearing would cause the balancer to wobble without any engine noise or vibration. the belats aren't falling off which i'm surprised about. i have the right amount of gap between the balancer and the end of the crankshaft, according to the GM service manual. i'm going to just have to recheck everything again tomorrow. i put blue loc-tite on the bolt so i don't think it backed out, but yes i did reuse the bolt.
