Does anybody else's stock converter do this?

Does anybody else's stock converter do this?
I've noticed for awhile now that if I'm at a stop, give it half throttle and flash it off the line to 1600 (enough to get it moving to around 5-10mph), and lay into it, it will jump to about 2200rpms. Does everybody's do this or is it something to do with having a cam?
