do any of the trucks come with bigger than 38lb injectors stock?

do any of the trucks come with bigger than 38lb injectors stock?
bought some 38's...ran out of injector...
looking ofr larger...need them today and might be able to get them locally if I know a truck that has larger..

Ya, 8.1 marine injectors are 42lbs there the bigest plug and play injector you can get that will fit a truck. Don't think you will find them at the dealer though.
