Default MSD wire and Denso Iridium upgrade?

i got a set of Crane Cam Firewires for xmas, and i paired them up with E3 spark plugs. my brother informed me that MSD makes wires for my 6.0L 2500hd with 40-50 ohms of resitance, and that i should get Iridium plugs as well. would i see much of a power increase upgrading from my current ignition setup to the MSD wires and Denso plugs, or should i save money for different mods?

no. you wont get any power upgrade. unless you have a boosted application, just use the plugs it calls for. If plugs made more power, that would mean they burnt more fuel which would mean they would get you better gas mileage and reduce emissions. What does that mean? You can bet your *** it would have come from the factory that way.

listen to Trey......he's got a legitimate point. I run MSD wires...but **** man...I run the good ol' Ac Delco1-985 Iridum Plugs in my truck. They do thier job perfectly. I have to admit that, I don't like the OEM wires...that's the only reason I went to the MSD 8.5 mm wires.
