Default Disect my 1/4mile....NEED HELP/Opinions

Okay. All of my mods are in my sig. The track was 690 feet above sea level and the temperature was cold. I have 26x11.5 17 ET Streets, and caltracs..plus all those mods in my sig. Why are my times so crap?!?!?! The truck makes 320rwhp and torque....IS it in my tune??

I like my tuner, but hes new with trucks, and is a Camaro/Vette Guru....and of course there is no truck tuners in Canada...Look at my slip...over 100mph! and i had traction...wtf is going on???

a higher stall would help.

There could be more left in the tune as well.

Your 60ft killed you. A 1.7 60ft would have netted you around a 13.6. How does the truck feel down low? I think a looser converter would help too, thats a tight converter to be running NA.

i agree that its the 60' thats killing your times, but if you pulled a 1.7 60' and kept the MPH up where its at right now its a very high 12/extreemly low 13 second run IMO. hell, you dont even need those slicks pullin 2.2 6o' times.

No, I dont think it's a tuning problem, you are making the mph for a high 12 second run like TX stated. At lhe least a low 13 sec.
Your short times suck and you dont start to move 'till after the 1/8th. What is your gear ratio?

I got the same problem on my 78 our times are very similar at the 1/8,you prolly need to get some gears!I just sent my rear end out to get setup i went with 4.10's from 3.42's! What was your previous best time?

Might be your tune...v8 had a 2500 stall and was running 12.5@105 1.7x 60ft. with 330rwhp, so I don't think it is your stall, but what gears are you running? What is your launching technique? How high is it actually stalling? Sounds like something is going on in the lower rpm's, because it starts to fly after the 1/8. My guess is gears or something with tune below 3500rpm. And you were not spinning correct?
