For reference, my buddy has a 2500 stall, tune, exhaust, stock 3.23's in his CCSB 5.3L and ran 13.3@102 with a 2.0XX 60ft with 26" MT DR's on a 125 shot. I will try and post his slip so you can compare.

That is a tight converter only stalling that high with your mods...a loose 3400 stall would be your ticket for a low 13/high 12 sec pass IMO.

WEll if i go 3400, which i wont, my cam would be throwing half my power out the window..so it would need a bigger cam. Im driving ti jsut fine at the track, its defiently the truck not driver error.

Just from my reasearch that a fully bolted truck, with cam, and a built tranny shoudl rock ahrder than a 14.2 with slicks and no spinning...like there guys on stock tires, bolt ons going faster than me.....

2600rpm is pretty low,, heck teh V6 S-10 TC ihave in my truck stalls to about 2700 rpm.

3400 rpm isntreally that crazy of a TC, esp on your gEN 3 3ngine with a cam.

I get 2.0 60ft times on street radials, you are getting 2.1's on slicks. I have tagged 9.3's in the 1/8th witha stock shortblock/cam L31 Vortec. Your engine should be considerably ahead of me at teh 1/8th mile, instead of only 2 tenths.

are you flashing the converter or brake stalling it?

try just mashing the gas instead of stalling it up and see if that does anything for your 60 ft's.

i would say 90% of it is in your 60 ft. your probably grabbing and bogging and just coming out real slow. once you get that worked out the truck will be flying.
