Default Did I over torque my rod bolts?

A friend and I started the assembly of my 408 this weekend. We got the bottom end in just fine. But I have one question. He had a torqe sheet form ARP, i believe it was a general ARP 2000 Rod bolt torque sheet. Said to torque the rod bolts to 65 ftlbs. Does that seem right?

K1 Technologies 6.125" Rods
ARP 2000 Rod bolts

I haven't heard back from K1 as to which exact bolt from ARP it is, and their specs however. Wondering if in need to just rplace the botls. There was no initall measurement of bolts done and I am more now aware than before that bolt stretch is the best way to do it.
