Default deciding which would be the better way 2 go

i have a 93 chevy c1500 2wd with a 350cid nonvortec. it has alil over 161k. has a 4l60e trans and everything is original; motor wise except 4 the exhaust. but i jus picked up a holley projection efi intake manifold for vortec heads. my plan was 2 build a 383 stroker with set vortec heads, a lunati voodoo cam, was goin 2 switch 2 carb, and find a whipple supercharger. as of now that changed but i would still like 2 have more power but cam wise im looking 4 something with a noticeable lope something u can hear plain as day. so can anyone give me suggestions on heads, cam, fuel injected or carb, and trans tips with along tips n info on that has 2 do with drivetrain and motor. wats good and wats bad. any help would b greatly appreicated.
