uh, I love them. I don't know how much of my performance is due to the headers or cat delete but it feels great even though I haven't tuned for them yet

in the bay area california, we can have two monitors not ready. so one being EGR system, other being Cat. you should be good to go. any check engine light or codes stored in the computer is automatic failure

That is why you set the "Enablers" to "No Report", so the test completes however the PCM does not report a code, so in this case you will have all readies.....

I just think that since I haven't disabled the rear o2's OR air injection, I'm not getting the right fueling. Smog?? whats that ?

rear o2s have nothing to do with drivability. they are only checking to see if the cats are working. you will only get a PO420 code which is cat inefficiency.

oh cool. what about the air injection? Doesn't it shoot air into the exhaust path, through the O2s to give the computer diff air/fuel ratio?

Air injection is an emissions control technology from the '70s. Fresh air was pumped into the hot exhaust gases in the exhaust manifolds to aid in combustion of unburned hydrocarbons. Not related to O2 sensors.
